Our well-furnished third-generation butcher shop can meet any need and we produce our own prosciutto and cured meats. Our cuts come from local certified breeding farms and pork meat comes directly from our own breeding farm. Our well-known sausages cannot be matched, tighter with our fragrant headcheese, the flavourful sirloin and our cured meats. We propose bovine meats, sheep meat and pork.
